Who actually prepares my tax return?

At our firm almost all of our professional staff prepares tax returns. We hire almost exclusively CPAs or young professionals looking to become a CPA. We assign clients to our staff based on multiple factors, but normally it’s based on whether they are already preparing returns similar to your return. This team member will most likely continue to prepare your return year over year to remain consistent and build a relationship with you.
